Fishing on the ‘Tide Tuit’ was pretty good last week. Flyfishers Carolyn and Vincent Mckey caught some really nice trout, as well as bluefish, spanish mackerel, and ladyfish in Big Sarasota Bay. All these fish were fooled by flies fished over deep grass flats.
Tom Budisak, and his son-in-law, and grandson did well on Little Sarasota Bay catching some big jack crevalle, trout, and ladyfish on jigs while spending some time on the water with me this this past week.
Remember, improving the way we fish today can increase our opportunities to fish in the future.
