This past week I had young Brody and his dad on board a Charter out of CB’s Outfitters’. They caught this beautiful Spotted Seatrout on the trip, and enjoyed some amazing weather, as well as the warm waters of Sarasota Bay.
In Sarasota Bay Spotted Seatrout are aggressively biting, and the peak summer bite is on, with inshore grass flats, mangrove shorelines, and local passes serving as the best spots to target these species.
I've been a fishing guide the Sarasota , Boca Grande area for over 25 years. My Sarasota trips are mostly family oriented 1/2 day fishing trips involving kids who love to catch all the family fun fish. My Boca Grande trips are for the more experienced spin or fly fishing angler.
