Nyghee, and his son Nyghee Jr. with a healthy looking sized Redfish they caught fishing Sarasota Bay.
Nyghee, and his son Nyghee Jr. were in town from Augusta, Georgia to play in a peewee football tournament. Dad decided to stay in town an extra day so they could take in a little fishing on Sarasota Bay. We spent the morning throwing some top water lures, and jigs with gulp and live shrimp under a popping cork.
Many nice size trout were caught, as well as Redfish, Bluefish, Catfish and Ladyfish. One giant explosion on the top water lure which could’ve been either a large snook or Tarpon surprised dad who fished on for a short while before it came unbuttoned.
The excited father and son duo can’t wait to get back out and do it again.
