Jeff Handchel and Harris Bucklin fished with me this past week out of CB’s Saltwater Outfitters’. They managed to catch a 30 inch Snook on a DT Special fly and had plenty of action most of the time out on the water.
They also caught some smaller snook, ladyfish, and trout on flies. There are some nice fish around but you have to be willing to work for them.
They got big for a reason so be prepared to exert yourself. All the fish were released.
